Ivana Krstic is an Associate Professor of International Human Rights Law and a Director of the Centre for Human Rights at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. She obtained LLM (2003) at the School of Law, University of Pittsburgh (USA), as well as LLM (2004) and PhD (2008) at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. In academic 2006/2007, she was doing her PhD research at the Exeter College, Oxford University. .
Her areas of specialty are Anti-Discrimination Law and Asylum Law. She is an expert engaged by many international organizations and agencies, such as UNHCR, IOM, UNICEF, UNDP, World Bank, OSCE, and Council of Europe. She is a Serbian expert participating in the European Equality Law Network, supported by the European Commission.
